These Terms of Service govern your use of the AnimBoardX mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AnimBoardX is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to:
- Create whiteboard animation videos from uploaded images
- Add AI-generated voiceovers in multiple languages and voices
- Edit and merge video clips using the built-in clip editor
- Export and share videos to social media platforms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at animboardx@gmail.com.
4. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for generating your requested video. You agree NOT to use AnimBoardX to create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
- Spreads misinformation, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The AnimBoardX app, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the exclusive property of AnimBoardX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. Videos you create using AnimBoardX are yours — we do not claim ownership over your generated content.
6. Free & Pro Features
AnimBoardX offers both free and paid features. Free users may have limitations on video length, export quality, or number of renders per day. All purchases are final. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact animboardx@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase if you experience a technical issue.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AnimBoardX is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated voiceovers and animations are produced automatically — we are not responsible for inaccuracies in generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimBoardX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Third-Party Services
AnimBoardX integrates with Google, Supabase, HuggingFace, and Firebase. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting animboardx@gmail.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
